FSC TREATMENT PROGRAMMES
Addiction treatment at the Fundación Salud y Comunidad
The Fundación Salud y Comunidad (FSC), a non-profit organisation with more than 30 years of experience in treating alcoholism and other addictions, offers an integrated care pathway made up of complementary services, arranged from lower to higher containment. This diversified portfolio makes it possible to adjust the treatment plan to each person’s needs and, where appropriate, to refer them to the most suitable resource at each stage of the process.
We also guarantee a swift therapeutic referral, avoiding interruptions and waiting lists. We offer integrated responses, both for the same person at different points in their rehabilitation, and for those who require different levels of containment.
Our long track record in drug dependence is reflected in an established technical line of intervention, which applies validated methodologies in an environment of trust and confidentiality.
The treatments last approximately two years from the start of abstinence. The pathway moves from higher to lower containment and from higher to lower intensity. A standard itinerary includes:
An initial 6 months of admission to a therapeutic centre or intensive outpatient treatment.
The following 12 months of weekly outpatient follow-up with medical and psychological support.
A final 6 months of occasional monthly follow-up.
