Since 1997, the Fundación Salud y Comunidad (FSC) has carried out its work in the fields of research, prevention, intervention and awareness-raising in response to a range of social and health issues. More than 1,500 professionals take part in over a hundred projects aimed at addictions, mental health, support for women in vulnerable situations, older people, children, adolescents and families.
Experience and an established track record
With more than three decades of experience, the Fundación Salud y Comunidad has carried out continuous work in rehabilitation, addiction treatment and the social reintegration of people with drug dependence problems. Its activity began in the 1980s and, since then, the intervention model has been strengthened and refined, resulting in an Integrated Addiction Care Pathway recognised as one of the leading resources in Catalonia.
