It is also aimed at cases in which the referring professional detects a <strong data-start=\"859\" data-end=\"885\">high risk of relapse<\/strong> and recommends a <strong data-start=\"902\" data-end=\"924\">preventive admission<\/strong>, without the need to repeat the whole therapeutic process.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1261\">The programme consists of a <strong data-start=\"1009\" data-end=\"1038\">five-week stay<\/strong> of <strong data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1079\">intensive residential treatment<\/strong> in a <strong data-start=\"1083\" data-end=\"1117\">rural setting (Osona region)<\/strong>. The <strong data-start=\"1122\" data-end=\"1141\">natural environment<\/strong> makes it easier to gain a <strong data-start=\"1154\" data-end=\"1182\">temporary distance<\/strong> from habits and relationships, which helps to <strong data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1260\">break away from the triggers for use<\/strong>.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1263\" data-end=\"1514\">During this period, <strong data-start=\"1299\" data-end=\"1325\">physical detoxification<\/strong> is provided (where indicated), together with an <strong data-start=\"1353\" data-end=\"1379\">analysis of the causes<\/strong> of the relapse or destabilisation and a <strong data-start=\"1419\" data-end=\"1459\">redefinition of the reintegration plan<\/strong>, with the aim of <strong data-start=\"1475\" data-end=\"1505\">re-establishing abstinence<\/strong> at discharge.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1516\" data-end=\"1705\"><strong data-start=\"1519\" data-end=\"1547\">Work with families<\/strong> is key: from the <strong data-start=\"1567\" data-end=\"1585\">first week<\/strong> they can stay in <strong data-start=\"1602\" data-end=\"1614\">contact<\/strong> with the service user and receive <strong data-start=\"1645\" data-end=\"1670\">information and therapy<\/strong> to cope with the current situation.<\/p><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1707\" data-end=\"1822\">Another pillar of the Programme is its <strong data-start=\"1737\" data-end=\"1768\">high therapeutic intensity<\/strong>, made possible by <strong data-start=\"1789\" data-end=\"1821\">working with small groups<\/strong>.<\/p><hr data-start=\"1824\" data-end=\"1827\" \/><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1829\" data-end=\"1852\">Therapeutic programme<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1854\" data-end=\"1975\">The <strong data-start=\"1857\" data-end=\"1884\">intensity of the approach<\/strong> is sustained by care in <strong data-start=\"1914\" data-end=\"1933\">small groups<\/strong> and a structured schedule of activities:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1977\"
