The <strong data-start=\"249\" data-end=\"279\">new patterns of use<\/strong> and the <strong data-start=\"285\" data-end=\"308\">earlier age of onset<\/strong> call for a <strong data-start=\"319\" data-end=\"346\">specific approach<\/strong> and a <strong data-start=\"352\" data-end=\"373\">tailored response<\/strong> adapted to this stage of life.<\/p><h2 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"395\" data-end=\"435\">What does the programme for young people offer?<\/h2><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"765\"><strong data-start=\"437\" data-end=\"490\">Care for adolescents and young people aged 14 to 25<\/strong> with the aim of <strong data-start=\"510\" data-end=\"531\">reducing or stopping<\/strong> drug use and <strong data-start=\"555\" data-end=\"567\">preventing<\/strong> or <strong data-start=\"570\" data-end=\"582\">detecting<\/strong> other <strong data-start=\"589\" data-end=\"618\">risk behaviours<\/strong> (school failure, aggression, eating problems, risky emotional and sexual relationships, delinquency, reckless driving\u2026). It includes:<\/p><ul style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"1732\"><li data-start=\"767\" data-end=\"965\"><p data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"965\"><strong data-start=\"769\" data-end=\"811\">Personalised individual psychotherapy.<\/strong> A space of <strong data-start=\"826\" data-end=\"839\">trust<\/strong> in which to assess the <strong data-start=\"856\" data-end=\"877\">pattern of use<\/strong> (use, misuse or addiction), <strong data-start=\"903\" data-end=\"923\">become aware<\/strong> of the behaviour and <strong data-start=\"941\" data-end=\"962\">motivate change<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"966\" data-end=\"1147\"><p data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"1147\"><strong data-start=\"968\" data-end=\"996\">Psychiatric assessment.<\/strong> Evaluation by a <strong data-start=\"1012\" data-end=\"1033\">psychiatrist<\/strong> specialising in the <strong data-start=\"1061\" data-end=\"1084\">adolescent\/youth<\/strong> population to establish a <strong data-start=\"1101\" data-end=\"1132\">psychopathological diagnosis<\/strong>, where appropriate.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1148\" data-end=\"1295\"><p data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1295\"><strong data-start=\"1150\" data-end=\"1193\">\u201cLet\u2019s Talk About Use\u201d youth group.<\/strong> A <strong data-start=\"1206\" data-end=\"1228\">group therapy<\/strong> format that encourages <strong data-start=\"1244\" data-end=\"1265\">critical reflection<\/strong> on <strong data-start=\"1275\" data-end=\"1292\">drug use<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1296\" data-end=\"1550\"><p data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1550\"><strong data-start=\"1298\" data-end=\"1370\">\u201cLet\u2019s Talk About Change\u201d group for young people motivated towards abstinence.<\/strong> A group for those with <strong data-start=\"1400\" data-end=\"1421\">minimal motivation<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"1427\" data-end=\"1454\">maintain abstinence<\/strong>, with <strong data-start=\"1460\" data-end=\"1491\">sharing of experiences<\/strong>, a <strong data-start=\"1493\" data-end=\"1512\">plan for change<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1515\" data-end=\"1547\">maintenance strategies<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1551\" data-end=\"1732\"><p data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1732\"><strong data-start=\"1553\" data-end=\"1584\">Therapeutic support.<\/strong> A <strong data-start=\"1588\" data-end=\"1599\">tutor<\/strong> who accompanies the young person in their <strong data-start=\"1628\" data-end=\"1647\">everyday environment<\/strong> to <strong data-start=\"1653\" data-end=\"1667\">ensure<\/strong> the agreed <strong data-start=\"1682\" data-end=\"1698\">therapeutic<\/strong> and\/or <strong data-start=\"1706\" data-end=\"1721\">reintegration<\/strong> goals are met.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1918\"><strong data-start=\"1734\" data-end=\"1757\">Support for families<\/strong> with a young person in their care (whether or not the young person attends treatment), to <strong data-start=\"1816\" data-end=\"1827\">assess<\/strong> the situation of use, <strong data-start=\"1853\" data-end=\"1865\">advise<\/strong> and offer <strong data-start=\"1876\" data-end=\"1899\">guidelines for action<\/strong> suited to the case.<\/p><h3 style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1920\" data-end=\"1969\">Family psychotherapeutic care: objectives<\/h3><ul style=\"text-align: left;\" data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2364\"><li data-start=\"1971\" data-end=\"2071\"><p data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"2071\"><strong data-start=\"1973\" data-end=\"1985\">Inform<\/strong> about <strong data-start=\"2596\" data-end=\"2621\">cope with the situation<\/strong> and to <strong data-start=\"2624\" data-end=\"2647\">support change<\/strong> in the young person and their <strong data-start=\"2666\" data-end=\"2686\">family system<\/strong>, as well as <strong data-start=\"2698\" data-end=\"2724\">sharing
